DeCom offers a wide range of printing methods—Spot Color, 4-Color Process (CMYK) for photo realism, Simulated Process for extended color depth, and Specialty Printing that blends multiple techniques for standout effects.
We use the highest-grade textile inks featuring inks by Wilflex, and we match your brand colors using the Pantone® Matching System (PMS) for consistency across every run.
A spot color is a specially mixed ink printed as a solid color. It’s ideal for logos, bold graphics, and brand-critical hues— including metallic and fluorescent options. Unlike CMYK, spot colors are pre-mixed, and each color is printed with its own screen.
In the U.S., the dominant spot color system is Pantone® (PMS), a library of 1,000+ inks to ensure consistency across materials and reorders.
For full-color photographic images, we print CMYK—cyan, magenta, yellow, and black—in fine halftone dot patterns. These layers visually blend to reproduce a wide spectrum of colors and smooth gradients.
Simulated Process extends CMYK by adding strategically separated spot color channels. The result is richer shadows, brighter highlights, and access to specialty hues (e.g., fluorescents, metallic flakes) that standard CMYK can’t reproduce alone.
We embrace advanced techniques to create tactile and visual impact. Specialty Printing blends methods and materials for unique finishes that make your apparel unforgettable.
DeCom uses the highest grade of textile inks, featuring inks by Wilflex, for durability, vibrancy, and wash-fastness. To simplify color selection and ensure brand consistency, we match to the Pantone® Matching System (PMS).
From Pantone-matched spot color to photo-real CMYK and specialty effects, DeCom has you covered.
